Do we know why the EMEA super week is the first week unlike the other two leagues where super week is towards the end?
Riots server status website says they needed extended maintenance and will be back at 12pm PST
There was a leaked report of the final roster and that leak has been confirmed as all the teams are registered on Battlefy for NA Challengers, you can search for FaZe Clan in the participants and click them to see the roster, "I" is Shot_Up.

Its only regional performance for the VLR rankings, thats why they are still isolated in their regions like NA and EMEA
the change was recent, https://twitter.com/Zellsis/status/1458283704116289538?s=20

Honestly I had just thought they give us more rows of random, as the game gets older the chances of the skin you want appearing in rotation is super unlikely.
Every map has to wait 4 weeks from its release date before it enters the map pool for riot sponsored events, and a lot of other tournament organizers usually just follow that ruling or do something shorter. Technically it could have shown up in Masters 2 but Riot didn't allow it because the teams attending would not have had any time to practice on the map.
On stream TenZ had said he was loaned for 30 days, starting the day before Masters.
