That's overly speculative and you have zero data or research to back up such a huge claim. FPS games have a small non-male playerbase as is. So you can't say it's the definitive truth that everyone of them is not as dedicated. There's a huge number of women who haven't even been exposed to the gaming culture who have the potential to be great gamers. And reaching to those people is the fundamental idea behind something like GC

Yes scarce currently bcoz the raw number of non-males playing is too low since it's not as viable of a choice for them and they're at a disadvantage when trying to enter the pro scene. If we keep supporting them their playerbase will grow and occurences of such exceptional people will rise to the point where it won't be an exception

To that I say your idea of women is probably flawed since you're basing this idea off a handful of women you've seen.
