Some people say primmie, some say frost, idk who it is in majority

I think Primmie is better overall, but in a team with both I would put Marteen on duelist. Maybe put primmie on secondary duelist if double duelist comes back, or a sentinel where he doesn't have to hold out util all the time, veto or chamber maybe.
