This post will be memed prob, but I am considering actually competing and wondering where the best place to start is. Obviously I'm not going to be getting on a super high up team right away, but I think I have the skill to hang with the best eventually. Where should I go to start, as in like what level team t3 wise.

I will be rifling/judging (60/40)
I can flex like 5-6 agents
I can IGL.

If anyone has any recommendations or knows people who manage this stuff, I'd appreciate it.
