Hi, Mr. Rushindra Sinha aka Rushi sir. I know i am not qualified enough or have any experience in managing an eSports org. But i cannot comprehend to unsee a very clear and visible flaw in your team and makes my fingertips itch. Your team lack a very very and very basic component in forming a team. See you have access to top tier players but somehow they seems to underperform playing under GE banner. I know at that level there is not much difference in aim, strat or coaching but there is clearly a difference in will and extra- motivation. That extra- motivation to do well for your team, for representing your country and extra motivation to have your home country flag flying high.
I know you won't consider what i am trying to portray as it will obviously ruin competitive integrity of tournament. Anyways who i am to suggest you something. I am not that much qualified or don't know behind the scene of working of an org. Good luck to your team for next season. There was never anything to even back this org. Also what about having players who are GLOBAL citizens then they might have that extra motivation.

We all have heard how once you enter Apple Ecosystem there is no going back. It is all because of unmatched top tier experience that no competitor provide in the world. Once your mind have that experience anything below seems a downgrade, dull, shabby and unexciting. Similar are the watch-parties or i would say excess of watch-parties of top tier tournament. Watch-parties are great for stakeholders, it brings more numbers and eye balls to the sponsors. But it ruins the numbers and viewership at ground zero.
Once a average viewer experience the gameplay and unmatched production of tier S tournament, his mind just cant comprehend to watch anything below that scale. That viewer won't be able to find joy in watching streamer's gameplay, his mind won't be able to comprehend to how to watch a tournament not organized on vast scale production, or to listen to caster who appears to just woke up and sat before the camera and mic. History is evident, every competitive e-sport, be it Counter Strike, DOTA or LOL, after sometime dies on ground zero and attracts viewership only at tier S tournaments. It is inevitable but the excess of tournaments and watch-parties only speed up that process.
Watch-parties seems to be more easier and quicker way for a streamer to get more clicks on stream but i guess they forget once that viewer is hooked into watching Boaster's silly dances during a competitive match then there is no going back. That viewer of yours is no longer your viewer anymore. He won't be bothered to click on stream when he does not see the word "Watchparty" in title.
Congratulations! you helped the organisers in having a valuable customer, so chin up, you are a great employee for company.

I don't care if s8ul wins or looses or anyone wins or looses, its e-sports win/loss is part of it.
I don't care if you trash your own players. But i support VLT and making a narrative against them that VLT is some sort of T1, unbeatable, invincible team and nobody can come closer to them and even having a close match against them is big deal are just petty tactics.(that is why i call it manipulative tact so 14 yo fans would defend them on loosing saying VLT was anyways meant to win)

3 VCT players? 2 of them played only as a award for GE slot, they weren't there on merit. As far as Russ is concerned he was on that team for his IGL only and was carried by his other players.( and too from the weakest region in Valo)
2 cracked import? Damara is from the same lineup as in K1ngkappa. K1ngkappa was the top player from that team. Miz is better than Madelyn (watch all his previon game stats before joinging vlt & s8ul).
Remember valo is not a aim game anymore. S8ul are young them none of them are washed. It is VLT who has players past their prime. In esports prime is actually early 20's.

In India’s valo eSports Shobith Roy aka Tbone is considered to be the biggest and everyone’s favourite streamer. His witty and entertaining personality plus the fun ‘Baap-Beta’ banter with Fa2GOD is loved by everyone in the scene.

In Indian eSports, almost 9 out of 10 creators and players would consider him to be their favourite. Some might even consider him to be the FACE of valorant in India. But, a big BUT, when we see his stream stats and viewers in comparision to his friend and fellow streamer Binks69, he lacks the audience support to back that claim.
If you are closely following both of them you would notice Binks brings more viewership than Tbone whenever they are streaming. When you see official watch parties Tbone doesn’t stand anywhere near Binks. On recent Convergence 2023, Binks was pulling in upwords or 8k viewers whereas Tbone was struggling to grab constant 3k eyeballs.

Other creators and players might see the monologue of Tbone’s stream, which btw is really entertaining, but a viewer watches from start to end. He/She (doubt there might be any she) would closely monitor each and every move of the streamer. What matter is viewer retention not being everyone’s favourite.
Binks might not be considered to be creator’s favorite but he is truly the favorite of viewers and is the real face of valorant.

Remember, in streaming world viewers are the real stake holders and you can’t unsee them.

But VLT after winning all group games decided to change their roaster and lost 2 matches on the go (probably to get 2-3 days extra to practice for split 2) which gave whole val community to attack on vlt and imports in particular
