Maybe I'm too harsh on the players, I'm sure they have potential in the long run, but its clear to see its way to early for them to play in a professional league against developed teams/players, what a shame...

I also think mechanical skill is far more important and will benefit you better in tier 2 scene, Turkey and east regions also known for being heavy dependent on shooting and I think smart orgs will know that

that's fair I also think the players you mentioned are really good especially jugi and ssk but I think they need to prove them self a bit more because in tier 1 they weren't impressive at all and in tier 2 they are not consistent and they are playing against bad teams.
I think Consistency is the biggest problem for tier 2 players.
