Kicking Vanity immediately after the team is restructuring from the loss of Yay would be roster suicide. Especially if you replace him with some random t3 igl
Just move Vanity to sentinel/initiator or play a lot of double smoke setups

Currently EMEA is ahead with FNC and Navi both being top tier teams. NRG is competitive with them but that is it
The second tier of NA franchising however is leaps and bounds above the rest of EMEA. 100T and C9 both clear Vitality, koi, and Giants.
