Xset and LG were both in stage 3 challengers finals and both played in NSG. Cloud9 went to champs and they're playing in the Knights tourney. There shouldn't be anything stopping TSM from playing.

EU is a much deeper region than CIS and Turkey. In EU there are at least 15 teams that can all compete for the top spot, while in EU and Turkey you only have around 4-5 top teams
