Starxo is great for team morale and apparently their IGL after all (also strong individualy in T2). Bipo dominated T2 all year. Marteen was the number 1 rated player in stage 1. Minny is stellar. Glyph is also a rookie. So i dont understand your criticism at all.

Sheydos was amongst top of the list for all the top teams like fnc/TH. He wasnt far off landing there.

I respect that take but when vitality, heretics FNC etc sign the likes of chronicle, Comeback, sayonara and already have the assets they have you immediately fall back to like 4th-5th at best. From there on its not far to the lower end.
M8s started the offseason late with no strong core to advertise and bad reputation as a lower team. They likely need to prove they can be a decent team first to attract better players. They did offer a lot of money to top players (keiko, jampi) i can tell you that
The way things are going i'd have FUT, PCF under them and ULF, BBL around their level. I'd expect 7th to 10th for them.
Will they make internationals? No. Will they be competetive and make playoffs. Probably. Doompreaching off of one early offseason game is silly guys. Relax.
However if starxo is IGLing as he says on his twitter it is a legitimate criticism to ask why they signed glyph.

Starxo was one of the better initiators left on the market. Otherwise i would just see guys like daviH, yohpa, waddle but theyre not necessarily better. Similar level i would say.
Even without IGLing he does bring leadership qualities into the team and is a positive force in team environment

I know multiple languages, german being one of em and i can say its difficulty is highly overexaggerated.
The con is a lot of grammar rules. The pro is its formulaic nature. Every syllable is pronounced consistently across different words very much unlike English.
Is the the easiest language? Probably not. Is it this crazy hard thing? Absolutely not.
German language has the the unique trait of having lego words meaning you can technically stick multiple words together and creat a perfectly valid big word.
