From every story I have ever heard from people I know that work/have worked retail, it sounds like some of the most degrading and miserable work out there. Yeah the only thing they do that I hate is that in group swiss for majors, all non-qualification/elimination games are bo1, which imo is genuinely inexcusable now that they've moved to MR13.

CS also afaik only ever runs single elim for the playoffs in tournaments. In majors they run swiss for group stages and in other seasonal tournaments they often run double or even triple elim for groups.
