Because Sen beat Loud in the first round of playoffs and GenG beat PRX. The UBF was bo3 therefore GenG won but no1 knows how that game wouldve gone if it were to be a bo5. So in the end we got almost the exact same result. And even if Kickoff wouldve been double elim, Sen still won against NRG and Loud to make it to Madrid. The only thing that mightve changed wouldve been their seeding or the other team which wouldve been Loud no?
