Just play a bunch of DMs and TDMs just to get the feel of everything back. Play a couple swifts or unrated after that before you jump back in to comp. Maybe watch analysis videos or just watch highlights of Tier 1 Val games. Also vod review your own games and analyze your own mistakes.

Fracture = Actual good fun map that requires team play so low ranks think its bad because no one comms
Bind = Pretty good actually
Abyss = Fun but will not be good in comp. will have to see about pro play though.
Haven = Good map
Split = I personally don't like it that much but it is a good map that is fun to watch.
Lotus = Good map but unevenly balanced.
Breeze = Dog ass map
Icebox = I like it but it is an ass map with bad design
