Oh for sure, even if they do lose on Friday I still think is one of the most impressive playoffs runs in VCT history the EG we are getting in playoffs would 13-0 the stage 1 EG
The only reason they are hyped up is because the story and comeback individually from each player, everyone is high on the hopium and blinded by actual logic. I really do think EG is a huge underdog still but it just seems like this is the way it needs to go.
I can’t wait till Friday, I need to see my glorious king comeback into his first master event since optic, the boys are looking better and better every match. Icy is literally looking like the best he has ever looked, derrek is becoming lcq derrek, nature is becoming a clutch god, supamen is clicking heads like he’s prime scream, yay is looking like the second phase of El Diablo, and potter is activating all of them to be this way. As well as cooking up the most insane macro and micro installed into her players heads. This is EG’s game to win this is literally in the script just like last time in 2023 when EG barely made playoffs and won the whole thing. G2 is not looking good, they made so many mistakes that they made 100T like a good team. In my opinion, G2 played the worst valorant they played this year on that stage they are chokers and this is not there win to take from the boys who are looking like the best version of themselves.

EG momentum is crazy but yeah the fact that G2 has like 3 coaches and a lot of time is worrying. On the other hand, EG has yay and icy and they are looking the best they have ever looked in the past 2 years. Confidence sometimes may be the X factor in some cases.. not to mention they literally have a world champion coach who has a lot of time as well.

Agreed, it was very strange that FNS never took time to actually aim train and kinda just knocked that advice away saying “he doesn’t need it.” You really think he would try his absolute hardest to end it on a good year before his retirement. I do think they practiced really hard but he should of tried individually to be the best he can be besides just team practice and strats.
That’s some good insight I did notice how verno did seem more hyped but I thought it was just because of him going against NRG
