Started the game as a Reyna (instalock) on Haven Had a KD of 17-14. Getting outclassed by the enemy Reyna and Jett, just getting farmed every round. We’re down 7-12. Spirits are dead, team chat is full of flames, people already alt-tabbing. Round 20, I get a double entry, nothing crazy, just a moment of resistance.

Then Round 21 happens.

Teammates drop like flies. I'm suddenly in a 1v5. Chat floods with “GG.” Teammates gave up. Enemies are typing mid-round like it’s already over.

I pop ult. Something clicks. I was locked in. A cerebral aim-demon 1v5 ace clutch. The silence after was louder than any trash talk. Instead of flaming one another, teammates were suddenly hyped. But, still not as excited since we were on the edge.

Round 22: I swing A site like a man possessed, double entry, clean 4k.
Round 23: entry again, grab a smooth 2k.
Round 24: push into site, double entry, end with a 3k.

We drag it to OT. From 7-12 to 12-12, all on my back. Team wakes up, everyone’s finally doing their part.
OT Round 1 : Teammates do their job. Lose one, win one. 13-13.

OT Round 2: 2k and 3k, entry both round to top it off.

Final score: 15-13.

From 17-14 to 38-16. From getting diffed to dropping a 1v5 ace clutch and hard carrying the team to a 15-13 comeback win. That round didn’t just turn the game, it resurrected a dead team. That was certainly one of those games.
