In my opinion TDM or team death match is the best mode ever to practice that will help you improve your game sense and aim in the same time instead of getting spawned in the open you will be spawned in CT/T like you always do in normal match.

they will cry more when TL beat their fav team and remember they will say its a FLUKE or LUCK and come up with every excuse you can think of 😂. They will get slapped hard

I watch both cs and valorant, cs is only enjoyable if my fav teams/players are playing but its different when it comes to valorant i feel like im watching some anime fights.

Here some advices that might work for you

1. As everyone mentioned above you need to talk with your parents/family/friends (closest ones)
2. And stop your negative thoughts and never think about them
3. Try to be busy doing something you like.(if you don't know what things to do then just try anything that catches your attention) with this you will never have time to think about negative thoughts
4. Don't depend on music anime or tv shows ...etc bcz once you watch them all you will feel empty and you will look for alternatives. So its a worse temporary solutions that might makes your mental health even worse.
5. Everyone in this life was born for a purpose i don't believe we are born just like that its doesn't make sense because if you know why you are here then death will never scare you because you are ready to die (i don't want to break the rules and start talking about religion so you need to do your research abt this topic if it matters to you)
6. Death is a predistined thing that you have to go through in this life so try to think about it in a different light, ask yourself this questions why i am here and why i was born in this world and why i have to die in the end ? My answer to this question is life is a bridge a test from god to test people, that why i am here and there is a reward after your death its like a normal exam like if i study well i get good grades its normal that i will get into a respected university > job ... Etc but if i didn't study well then i am more likely to not have a good career and i will end up doing nothing with my life.
   Thats how i believe so in my opinion i really don't fear death but instead of that am working on myself to be the better person and i don't care if people remember my good deeds or not because i know that god knows. So that why i feel good

I think plat/gold player are more consistent with thier aim compared to bronze and silvers, sometimes i play with my friend (he is silver btw) 1 game he top frag with 25+ kills in silver/gold lobby and the rest of the games he start losing focus and not performing well.
