**I have the following theory that players who are good they are always in high performance in ranked servers, I think it reflects a lot on the role of the player itself in the championship server, is not a unique thing, but rather that makes the player very good.

Example is the @loud team this team is literally good and all these players stand out in ranked on any continent, example is also @sacy who left the loud and is sentinels the guy is always at a high level both in camp or in ranked, in contrast formerly there was the @pancada in the rankings the guy was a monster, nowadays I do not see so commitment of him in the American rankings or be low level that he plays since he moved to los angeles playing in the franchises.

And there are other teams that have players that don't have high level in the rankings and that is their mirror in the championship server, do you agree with me?****

***About @sentinels, I don't think it was a good idea to change the coach. In my opinion, a coach should not just tell the players to perform, but work together with them to achieve the team's goals. I find this switch totally unacceptable, because I don't believe that his leaving is the solution to make the team stronger. Furthermore, the change was made to fill the lack of a controller, but this makes no sense, since the team already had one from the beginning: Tenz, Pancada, Sacy, Dephh and Zekken.

This attitude makes it clear to me that the team is just a momentary creation of players who were at their peak with no connection and no sense. I don't see this team becoming a powerhouse, but rather declining to the brink just like that.

Sacy doesn't seem comfortable playing, Pancada is not performing at his natural level, and Tenz has always been and will always be what he shows. Zekken is fighting for his place, but I think the worst thing missing from this team is someone with clear leadership, someone who can lead the team from start to finish***

Well I would like to speak my opinion about this team @teamherects, it is not possible that only I believe that this team is just a team to win fanpage, because it makes no sense to have such a team on paper, and none of these players have shown evolution over the valorant scenario, this team I see only one constant player that would be keloqz, I feel that mixwll is in a bad phase, I would like to see him performing better, no data show reflects the high level he can present, while they don't fix this training house, they will keep losing and losing.****

The point is not the whole paragraph, but that people still lack the ability to understand that yes it is not only the aim that will solve the level of a team.

We can say that we have great teams at the top level of the competition, but we can also say that teams are completely lost in the franchise, teams still think that valorant is a simple FPS where players and coaches think that it is simply just gathering and attacking bombs, valorant is simply something much more complex than that, Players with good aim makes no difference when it comes to factors of how to be smart in a tactical match against teams that know how to apply the concepts of valorant and the new concepts of valorant that are being created, throughout my time as a player of lol where I get te several levels of professional, I understood that valorant is similar to several aspects and is not just because of a game of riot.
And yes it is a system of complex strategy where we can put as a leveld and chess completely abstract of new tactics and innovation, so when we still have players who think it is only the aim that will win the teams will continue suffering on.
