Where do most teams in Tier 2 get their scrims from?
My team doesn't have access to ProZone on Gankster yet but do they get it from there? or do they just all know each other and just organize in DM's or maybe the Hangouts Discord? or do you not know?

How much time do you have to dedicate every day to Valorant?

A week or two after M80 left the val scene I heard rumours from somewhat reputable sources that they really wanted to stay in Valorant but they were lacking funding and so they were looking for opportunities to gain more investments and funding before they restart this project. Although at the time I didn't really believe this it is now starting to make more sense. They recently acquired beastcoast and so now they have a much bigger fan base and a lot more publicity probably leading to more sponsorship deals or something I guess?. But regardless, there is now a lot of teasing coming out of M80 that they want to come back to Valorant and so I guess he is almost right and that they would eventually return if the circumstances permit.

Some other rumours that I heard from those same sources suggested that they were showing interest in picking up an FA roster such as Ambrosia or Turtle Troops but they prefer to build the roster from the ground up and taking a player or two from those two teams.

Trust me this double initiator meta is not that bad although I would say to help incentivize the use of less double initiator is to give more info gathering opportunities to other initiators but honestly it might tip the balance of the almost perfect initiator meta. As for Sova vs Fade that's actually completely fine they do 2 different things and fit into different play styles it's just the meta play style meta caters more to Sova right now but its fine

Are you manually calculating new ratings? or are you using ratings from champs? Also, valorantsimulator is very inaccurate (It told me NAVI was gonna win all 3 international trophies next year), it's fun but like it uses the very bare-bones stats and the rating system is scuffed too. Plus it doesn't take into account various other factors, but I do understand that is more complex to code that in, and I just appreciate a site where I can simulate Valorant at all.

Basically we take the situation the kill is taken in and put it through multiplier to show the actual impact like a kill in a 1v5 situation is worth more than a kill in a 5v1 since you already have man advantage. Also there is economy multipliers as eco frags with a vandal against a pistol shouldnt be worth as much compared to a pistol kill against a vandal which is worth much more to turn around the economy. There is also wether or not it was after the round was won/lost as it only affects the economy but doesn't effect the round outcome. There is also time multipliers as kills when there is very less time both left in the round and left until spike explodes can be worth more to clutch up but time multipliers are the least weighted

This project is for coaching. Basically, I am a Tier 3 Valorant coach and I want to evaluate players that are trialing performance to each other to determine the best for our team. Right now I am focusing on stats, but there are other things that I want to add that will help me decide like chemistry and stuff that could be less factual stats and more opinions. I will be doing one for each role as they all have different responsibilities. This is different as opposed to the vlr rating which is trying to find the best player overall as they don't really categorize by roles and don't take into account all these other factors.

yeah basically it shows how effective their first engagement actually is because if they just get picked off all the time but not actually able to take space off that first engagement and eventually win the round then it is not really useful of course there are a bunch of other factors which is why it is probably better if its how many first engagements lead to planting the bomb instead of winning the round but idk give me your thoughts
