I think you're a bit biased. Like I am an EMEA glazer, but in reality both of the leagues are very same in the bottom. I have watched both shit games like koi vs hrt/hrtc vs KC and games of 100T, SEN, LEV and all of them are equal levels of trash. Only exception is EG, whose gameplay looks good but the players are not. Another similarity is that all of the clout teams from both regions could not make playoffs. KC, Heretics, BBL, KOI all pleased their fans but couldnt progress. Same with the biggest clout orgs like SEN, 100T and KRU couldnt do shit.
Also, competitiveness is not equal to higher quality games. 100T and SEN just have way more fans, so they are not called out for being overrated teams just like liquid in 2021 and 2022.

biggest problem with EMEA tier 2. Spanish/French/Italy/Portugal simply bring no value to the tier 2 talents.

We need VRLs condensed, EU 1, EU 2, Turkey, CIS, MENA. They also gotta let CIS players and teams be made, they are completely destroyed. Teams like FPX, Gambit, Navi all qualified from CIS.
