Only Two-Way players can play both Challengers and VCT. if they play more than 50% of a split in VCT they can't go back to Challengers.

You can only have 2 Two-Way players at a time in Challengers but then you can also have 2 loan players who can be promoted to being two-way players but that does mean you need to give them a new contract.

So that means the Challenger org only needs to pay for 1 player and a coach on their roster while the VCT team pays for the 2 Two-Way players and 2 Loan players.

Reminder organizations are picked not for their rosters but for their stability, commitment and contribution towards VCT long-term. The two fan favorites ASE and RA haven't received a spot due to this. ASE is still a very small organization and RA lacks consistent funding.

Roster shuffle begins after Ascension ends, most are likely keeping their players but some will fully revamp their rosters (Wolves are looking to spend quite a lot)
