  1. Riot needs to financially support their tournament operators
  2. For Polaris there needs to be focus on marketing to international viewers as Northern Europe viewers are non existent due to the fact we are still CS land
  3. If shit goes even worse, make a temporary way of allowing gambling sponsors. I hate gambling a lot but seeing as Europe is 80% funded by gambling sponsors in esports it might be needed
  4. Monitor the TO's actively and make sure they don't just do the bare minimum.
  5. There needs to be either more prize money or more Ascension spots to bring value
  6. Leagues are too stretched out, just do something to make the mess sustainable again.
  7. MORE MARKETING
  8. Give more incentives to organizations and rosters to post on social media (You can literally just cut a % of the prize pool and then allocate it to incentives)
  9. Make Ascension a giga banger so next, we actually might get more interest in this region.
  10. Off-season shorter cause I am certain half of the orgs are leaving during the off season. Give them something to do so they can't use the excuse of waste of paying salaries due to off season.

Heroic is Norwegian so that's one, OG is a decent shout, Complexity is an organization I look up to and I really think if Quadrant signed Who Cars it would be a match made in heaven.

Won't give a lot of details but Denmark has some honestly great studies which relate to esports, although they are also useful for other jobs in other fields. Denmark has engrained esport so nearly all school and unis have esports facilities where players can develop while also getting their studies done. I focus on developing younger players and get them ready to face the real side of esports. Depression is rising for young players in esports and teaching players from a young age that esports ain't as fulfilling as they might think it is makes them more mentally prepared and helps them on the long run.

My plan for Who Cars is very long-term therefore I would say Astralis, they give so much creative freedom and while I know they have a bad rap as a company, I can tell you from first-hand experience they have some of the greatest people in this esport. They have something most organizations don't have which is job security. Plus Astralis Nexus is a really fun place to be.
If I were to focus on Danish development it would definitely be CPH Flames who have the resources I need to keep pumping out amazing Danish players.
Heroic might also be an organization I would love to work with, their social team are amazing and I think I can really help them make their venture into VALORANT successful.

George is my bro, he calls me out when I make mistakes and I appreciate that as sometimes I don't get all the facts straight and he is always there to correct me when needed.
Seulgi is an annoying teenager who won't stop yoinking my shit.
Purest I haven't spoken much with recently drifted a bit apart but my focus is also no longer on reporting so all good and I hope he's doing well. I just do reporting as a side hustle to pay for Radski's addiction to party biscuits.
Alejandro is probably the best reporter I have ever worked with, his connections in esports are insane and the guy seriously does an amazing job at making sure all the facts are there.
Wooloo ghosted me at Twitchcon plus he's french
Coco is french enough said on that
Hudsen is my emotional support teddy bear
Luís is the sanest person I have met and he really wants to help everyone improve
Declan is the best writer I have met, really supportive and he made Champions 10x better for me even though I ran into a lot of problems including verbal abuse.

Trying my best to make them realise but sadly think something might only happen in 2024 which might be too late.

There wasn't much focus on split 1 from any TO tbh, split 2 was supposed to be the big games and all that jazz but unfortunately I can see nothing really changing and stuff only to get worse with the budget cuts

9 Leagues in a region dominated by CS influence + No sponsor interest as almost 80% of funding in EMEA esports comes from betting + low viewership cause of poor marketing and lack of storylines (except France they do some wizard shit) + recession-making tournament organisers make heavy budget cuts (also thanks to the lack of sponsors) + organizations not being interested in the league's cause of all the above stuff + Rito not putting much financial support to help us even though we clearly need it thus making the product even more shit.
