I have seen Cryo play Astra, Brimstone and Omen. He has looked decent on all 3. While he obivously is better on Jett and Yoru (as they are his comfort picks), he has played the 3 main controllers in previously (at a Tier 1 level imo). If you dont believe me look at 100T in 2024.

-Zander (It took him until stage 1 playoffs to even go positive, IMO hes been underwhelming)
-Asuna (He is way too inconsistent)
-Kess (He's honestly quite a good recon player I watched him while he was on Qor in T2 but he isnt what 100t need and hes much better at recon init than senti)
-Zikz

+Reduxx or Penny (Duelist/Controller) Reduxx has experience on both roles and Penny played some Omen on TL
+Kyu (Flex IGL) theres not many good T2 IGLs atm partially due to the puggy nature that NA T2 is in rn but I rate Kyu really highly
+Bao/FireballOps/Satellite/Alvin (Senti)
I dont know any coaches so idk who would replace Zikz

Rossy stopped comming. He said that himself. That doesnt souind like micro managing anything to me. I think he was incredible for C9 and I think his issues could have been worked out but yeah

They dropped Rossy because he tilted and stopped comming in some games at the Sen event which an igl or a T1 player in general should not be doing. The narriative that Rossy got dropped for no reason is incorrect and based on nothing. Its unfortunate that c9 didnt see those issues in rossy until so late but that is probably an issue with how poor the trials they conducted seemed to be.

Has Moose ever been IGL on any team in his career???
BCJ isnt good. He should not play for a Tier 1 team
Skuba has talent and will find himself in a tier 1 team in a couple of years but comparing his stats with V1C, V1C is the better choice
I agree with Mitch, he was the fragging IGL of tier 2 NA valorant this year and deserves a tier 1 spot
Crashies would have been a good pick he has LAN experience and one year doesnt define a players career but Rossy is the better player + he can IGL or be Secondary Caller

Oxy - Theres no way in hell C9 let go of him
Runi/Rossy - They both played viper/sova mainly for their teams so while they could move to different roles it seems like with them its really one or the other, both would do good tho IMO
Mitch/Xeppaa/Verno - They both play initiator with Xeppaa being able to flex onto other agents such as Raze while Mitch can IGL. Verno is younger and has also shown some talent and has shown that he can flex onto other agents like Brimstone.
Moose/Dapr - These are the 2 most likely Sentinel players that C9 will go with IMO. If they pick up Mitch they might choose to sign Dapr as they were teammates, Moose played well and reasonably consistently and obviously has some potential.
Marved/Skuba/Other T2 player - Marved would obviously be the most expensive option for a controller and C9 isnt exactly known for spending lots of money on rosters but he has experience on LANs and on good teams with the ability to be secondary caller (optic)/IGL (sen). Skuba is part of Oxygen and could join with some of his other teammates. Another option could be signing another T2 player that I havent considered like Jakee.

Immi - He did a decent job coaching and hes making a video series about C9 this year which is rlly interesting and he seems pretty certain that hes getting kept for next year
