Laz is def in the discussion of best chamber and so is sugarzero

Japan could've won if there's 3 more laz/sugarzero level of players in Zeta(arguably 2 with dep being decent enough)

posted about a year ago

Thank you dev, I hope you can also ban these baiters too!

oh wait...

Why is navi's head to head history in any match just becomes navi vs fpx even though the 2nd team had no connections to the old navi core whatsoever(load up any g-loot matches, the one i checked was VIT vs NAVI)

Devs fix pls

posted about a year ago

heard the coach was just malding at mistakes zeta did against loud and their entire team is getting very tilted

correct me if im wrong

posted about a year ago

Zeta core of laz, dep, and sugarzero is fine(3 of the best players in pacific league I'd argue).

However, the rest of the team is slacking(esp the coach, during champs run instead of keeping the vibes up he started being very negative and if a team couldn't adapt, it will be the coach/igl's fault). Unfortunately there are no good replacements for them(northception was a fluke carried by meteor and don't get me started on dng) so GG go next.

bro rise became faze

Rise disbanded after stage 2, derrek went to 100t, neptune disappeared, and the other 3 went to Faze(shanks is on the sub list) so riot counted Faze as the continium of Rise, which awarded them circuit points and byes in challengers from rise. To remain consistent Faze was added in stage 1 challengers.

Zahk You said that "In the teams' games against Guild X, SR had steamrolled through, while C9 had struggled. It was the first inkling that SR were more than prepared for the challenge."

I'm pretty sure its the other way around(C9 2-0 guild while SR 2-1)

Edit: Maybe include that both teams beat the same teams(Guild:G2 domestic, SR 2-1, X10: 2-0 for both, C9: 2-1 for both, TL:2-0 for both)

posted about a year ago

They beat the same teams coming into the gf
G2: Guild(previous tournaments), X10(2-0), C9(2-1), TL(2-0)
SR:Guild, X10(2-0), C9(2-1), TL(2-0)
I'd actually lose my mind if SR, the consistent 2nd place NA team, takes it all(and the odds aren't against them this time other than G2 2 map ban advantage)

posted about a year ago

Tbf G2 lost in their home region to guild while c9w straight up came undefeated like loud at the start(other than that 1 fluke game against Sr). Assuming emea=na(which prob isn't true but let's just make that assumption) c9w looked far more favorable to win that matchup.

Also Bob buff(prob 0-2 without Bob)

Absolutely mental prediction
Just pray that liquid gets their roles right and don't put nAts on flex like they did to nivera
Sayf-duelist(scream)
Redgar-Dome smokes+sova(dimasick)
Soulcas-Initiator
Jampii-Flex/Chamber
nAts-Sentinel/Viper/Chamber(Nivera)

Sayf isn't huge upgrade compared to scream(if scream weren't nivera's brother I bet scream(top 10 player itw) would've stayed), but nAts is a huge firepower upgrade over Nivera and Redgar can finally give TL some structure they deserved.

Apac and NA believes that flex/initiators should igl(with exception of leviatan)
But Emea believes that smokers should igl(redgar, koldamenta, boaster, ange1)

So who's right?

posted about a year ago

Cryo diffed yay in the Faze tournament(granted it was a micky mouse tournament and yay had ratzam on his team :skull:)

posted about a year ago

OK they did it
They put "now Navi" on fpx and "now nrg" on optic(which means nrg is rank 1 in America now lul)

posted about a year ago

can you make it so that if anyone goes into the FPX team page it shows that "now NAVI" under their team name? It's just a continuity thing like other free agent teams getting signed and I'd appreciate that change.

How dare you say that to my lord and savior Patiphan! The other Patiphan is nothing but a faker and deserves to be burned on a cross!1!!!!1!111

haven(icebox boring, breeze too aim heavy, fracture is too hard to coordinate, ascent/split/bind defender sided, pearl b long too cringe)

posted about a year ago

I'm mostly surprised that they didn't bring in bcj if they benched dapr. Xset chemistry? Bcj wasn't that bad?

Also imagine og sen came back together to do ascension. Sinatraa+sick+dapr+shazam+zombs would be funny(but team chemistry gg go next).

Tenz(awp/entry)+Zellsis(flex+entry)+Zander(smokes+igl)+Dapr(sentinel/flex/initiator)+trent(initator) as main, Sick as 6th and a huge coaching staff revamp

posted about a year ago

100T bang is not getting replaced(3rd best NA controller behind marved/vanity), and stellar is good enough compared to other better options(FNS, vanity)+team chem/team roles so I'm predicting 100t cryocells is the only move they'd do

EG one is the only other one I can find flaw: net and nats conflicts in roles since they are both sentinels, and net, nats, and dicey conflicts in roles too bc chamber exists. I hope Nats doesn't go to NA and EG pick up marved+sick over net and nats. Also dephh over flyuh bc more experience.

So basically 100T: Cryo(awp), Asuna(flex/entry), Derrek(initiator), Bang(controller), Stellar(sentinel+igl)

EG: Dicey(awp), zekken(entry), dephh(initiator/sentinel+igl), marved(smokes), sick(flex)

bro tried sneaking tenz in there

posted about a year ago

someone has to update tenz's agents and make it the same as yay's agent pool. Man played 8 chambers in a row

posted about a year ago

Jett is not tenz, he doesn't even play jett anymore. It has to be sayaplayer who is the best jett rn.

Also zellsis kayo and neon is actually insane. Sentinels would be stomped by the guard and bomb out without zellsis' insane performance

posted about a year ago

Has to be vanity. Vanity's omen is the only reason c9 even had a chance in this tournament.

Apparently no one cares abt faze vs eg lul

posted about a year ago

Just from today's performance I can tell that bleed and order are the clear favorites to win. Bleed is perfect while Order just needs to make sure their aggressing at the right time

I had a stroke reading this and fucking died

posted about a year ago

Honestly I thought TS could win before this game. After the icebox game I am fully convinced that TS is garbage and Bleed should go to champions.

posted about a year ago

paper rex+xerxia is the only good thing abt apac. Everything else is shit.

posted about a year ago

Srsly bleed vs ts observer is so bad. Casters hyping everything up but observer just missing all the action.

Also where audio?

posted about a year ago

Bleed looked like the clear winner. Everyone was playing together and no one was overpeeking. TS however played with no discipline and peeked one by one.

tldr; Bleed played like a pro team, ts played like ranked players

Gg reaver 2.0 then

On a serious note glitchpop had no good guns in their skinset, but glitchpop 2.0 had vandal+phantom+op+classic, 4 most used guns. I'd say glitchpop 2.0 is better than glitchpop

huntsman v2 tkl(best switches), apex pro(analog switches), logitech g915(low profile), xtrfy k4(great sound), and k70 tkl(great mix between everything) all good options.

Or wait for deathstalker v2 pro tkl(better g915 with same price) to release(deathstalker v2 pro fullsize came out already)

Top(Gaming) to bottom(work)
apex pro
Huntsman v2
k70
Deathstalker v2/g915(worse deathstalker v2)

I hate teams that choose chamber over cypher since cypher is clearly better for split than chamber(the 2 cages takes a main control and creates a huge question mark for the enemy team. Yes viper does the same but choosing her and chamber is reducing their attacking power by a huge chunk). Instead teams decide "oh op good I pick chamber" and pick him on split regardless of how shit chamber is at that map.

posted about a year ago

Depends. If jett dash returns, then they are sacrificing a large chunk of their oping power for entry abilities, and since Victor is comfortable on entry, I doubt that they would change at all even if it returns.

Sentinels will embrace it though. Tenz is an insane entry fragger and oper at the same time and giving jett to him is just unfair to other teams.

posted about a year ago

Honestly I think they should give jett back her dash. This accomplishes 2 thing: nerfing chamber and raze while buffing killjoy and cypher. With raze and chamber already showing their potential, if jett is back, teams will have the choice of the traditional jett+kj combo or the new raze/neon+chamber combo, or for teams like team liquid jett+chamber(double op team).

Ofc this has to be accompanied by small buffs to yoru, kj, and neon, along with huge buff to Phoenix(or make him a controller like I've previously suggested) and cypher. But this is the meta for jett dash to return.

posted about a year ago
posted about a year ago

The entire meta for neon is to run in and fucking die(pray your teammates trade you). Dont expect to hard carry at all with neon

posted about a year ago

Honestly despite me wanting to buff astra too, she seems to be in a good state: the dome controller pickrates are largely similar to each other(viper is wall controller so she doesn't count). Brim dominates bind and fracture, breeze and icebox is viper maps, and omen and astra fights for the last 3 maps(2 if you exclude split, and no one knows the meta for pearl). Omen and astra are on equal footing on ascent and split with astra being picked more slightly. On haven, despite omen seeing far more picks than astra, astra has a far superior round win and map win rate % than omen.

Tldr: controllers are balanced(other than viper who honestly just needs another wall controller to be added) and pls stop asking for controller changes.

My prediction: 2nd at lcq again, liquid win with big brain igl.

They did the -draken +draken roster move and cane second. Let's see if the curse still stands or not

posted about a year ago

Guild is the masters of roster changes

+Draken
-Draken
2nd at lcq(yes ik draken left later on)

+Yacine
-Yacine
Are they going to repeat their result by going 2nd in lcq again?
