I didn't find information about the year you are relegated but if I had to bet and seeing the system in the VCL's I would say the team relegated have an opportunity to qualify again if they win against the teams who are competing to ascend so I would say they play in Ascention of the year they are relegated making them need to prove themselves if they want to continue

Even us don't have much information on some maps from them because whole PT VCL was BO1 so I guess even for the fans some maps will be a surprise what they cook

Also I believe LAN games will help them they have been playing so far in Portugal ping is not the worst but doesn't help much
