well tbh pancada was in the perfect place in loud in 2022 cause no language barrier and he had people that could lead him,so all he had to focus on was his gameplay.Now it's different and even if he somehow has good english or enough to get by,his biggest problem would be commnig i feel.Cause he isn't really type of player or at least from what we have seen is to be vocal.So the only way for him to do that would be on a brazilian roster w great leadership in it.

So,i watched the sen podcast and here's the reason why pancada might not be on the team. Kaplan said that when dephh was on sen,he was an igl that needed to be w the pack,so they needed to put pancada on senti.So, now that johnqt is an igl and he is also a lurker,the team basically has to be able to handle themselves when johnqt is lurking because its hard to lurk and igl when u can't get constant info on other parts of the map.So,this is why zellsis is on the roster.Kap said zellsis brings that midrounding on the team and since he is more w the pack ,he can call for the team during midround.Now you might ask why bench pancada then?why not bench tenz and have pancada play?They also talked about how they liked the ideas tenz brings and how creative he is w the agents.So,they basically want all vocal players which pancada isn't. Of course they didn't say pancada specifically,but they did say some players were not as vocal for the overall team.The more voice they got during the round the more info the better decision they can make during the ronud.Pancada obv isn't that and he wasn't that on loud either cause loud got saadhak,sacy and less doing it.

Well bit of both maybe ?They saw that they basically had 2 head coaches. Kaplan was the coach of ghost and syyko was the coach xset. Kap got brought to be assistant coach while syyko the head coach. Sen prolly saw that Syyko being the life coach is kinda useless? Kap already knew how to be a head coach while being able to be heavily involved in the game stuff. So,they just kicked syyko. Also it was a move that they could also save money on. Like why pay for 2 headcoaches when one is basically vibes guy and the other knows the game better and can be a head coach

they did it to solidify franchising spot,they had the most vieweership and since sentinels isn't an established org like c9 or tl,they had to standout somehow to riot.So,they pulled the moneymove ,the most watched org in vct.Boom and they are in.

Then u got a mid team thatll be middle of the pack.Orgs dont want that.They want players w good potential cause when they ARE utilized,they reach the top.All the players on sen have proven that they individually capable of doing that.They all have been top of their region at some point or another.Now its just a matter of meshing them together,which they seem to be doing this offseason

those who follow sen see that the players on the roster have unbelievable potential,they see it too.But,they aren't being utilized.People believe in the players

sen will only keep getting better.They are taking this shit 100 percent serious unlike 100t did last off season.The biggest reason people are skeptical of sen is because they saw how 100t dominated offseason but shit the bed in the main season. They are applying the same logic here.So,I kind of understand. But,people are missing the fact that 100t was a already established team with a core and system placed by sean gares and were one of the masters contenders that year.Sen on the other hand literally didn't have a stable roster until a month ago.So the improvement from then to now is literally exponential and itll keep getting better hopefully.

So I see alot of people comparing sen to 100t since they perform similar to how 100t dominated offseason last year.But,REMEMBER 100T had minimal player change,They already had a foundation as a team,they ran the stratbook from Sean Gares that helped them do well in masters.So,you can't compare the two.Sen on the other hand had no team cohesion,no consistent role,no stratbook,no foundation as a team.Even a month ago they lost against mxm.SO,they really improved this offseason.Hopefully they continue to do so.100t on the other hand stayed the same stagnant team ever since Sean Gares left.They were only looking well in offseason is cause the other teams were new and they just played with what they already knew,They didn't reinvent the wheel and as a result did shit during the season.
