I don't think Sinatraa is gonna come back for a while, most likely scenario being the end of this year during roster shuffles. I'm quite sure that Sinatraa said something about wanting to be in a Tier 1 team(or maybe he said he just wanted to be on Sentinels, but it was something like that), the orgs that wish to risk their reputation are much smaller probably, to jump on this kind of opportunity. Maybe they will allow him freedom to build the roster, but 100t, V1, and Xset took all the Free Agents I really think are the best. Even if he says he has been getting offers, it's more likely to be smaller orgs, or maybe Rise or FaZe.

I would expect it more likely that he will get signed during a roster shuffle before LCQ if there is one this year when teams are desperate.

Investigations are where they get the evidence. If you provide no evidence and actively do no cooperate, they're not going to get anything on you, especially evidence for Rape Cases are hard to prove. Also inconclusive does not equal innocent from public opinion, it means that the investigation was incompetent asf, and they don't know. This is not our situation to talk anymore probably, but innocent until proven guilty is a shit argument, we are not in a court room so that shit logic doesn't apply here.

Also the case never went to court, Cleo's mental health was deteriorating from getting multiple death threats already, which is a reasonable reason to just pull out and just not deal with this anymore.

Rape cases are annoying as fuck, my guess is that she just realized that no matter the mental trauma she got from sinatraa, the time and effort required for this case is just bullshit. Police investigations of Rape cases are also often incompetent as well adding insult injury. The police would have probably left the case inconclusive given a couple months as well. Furthermore she was getting death threats and shit during this time period, which I believe both sides were getting. So yea, there's a couple reasons, but I'm guessing she just didn't think going through the justice system is worth it to reciprocate her pain if she is not lying, which is reasonable.

I mean sinatraa did get some pretty bad shit during the situation as well, I feel like we shouldn't downplay death threats or mental health on either side. Whether or not anyone did something bad, their mental health should be always considered a priority.

1) Depends on covid restrictions in the future. If we can get consistent APAC lan qualifiers, then merging all East, South East, and South Asian countries would be really great. I think it would raise costs by a lot, but then we will have much more local rivalries and overall more interesting meta's in Japan because they can interact more with other APAC countries then probably. Being shit on at Masters and Champions doesn't help as much as being given 2 spots in a large ass group stage more local teams.

2) I really don't like the term Fluke Run personally, if you get a run, you deserve it, but considering what most people consider flukes, I guess it is one. People can always say that Onur used to be on the team or something, but let's be honest, they were playing out of their minds. KRU have really great players, and even I like to watch them, but they were just playing exceptionally well that day. Everyone was just on point.

3) Not really TBH, I feel like we have to see what happens with Fnatic, Fnatic literally lost Derke and Brave, that's a shit ton of players. I feel like the next match will really prove stuff, DRX are quite possibly one of the best teams in the world, NIP having even just a decent game against them will be a lot.
