With the new nerfs. Omen will probably become more of a secondary smoker. So maybe u'll have a viper or an astra as well now(in proplay this will def happen but hopefully we see this happen in ranked because pros do it but probably it'll still be 5 instalock duelists). In which case your other smoker can smoke for them and also omen will probably have to save smokes more now because a 40 sec cooldown would be pretty annoying if you didn't buy a smoke because you bought awp and you need to save a smoke incase of retake.

Interesting take. One of your takes are good and the rest of them are dipshit. I never knew someone could have a take that could probably piss off everyone simultaneously.

posted about 2 years ago

Everything looks good.

But I think G2 shouldn't even be considered considering that their performance in a random game looked bad af. Who knows. Maybe they weren't trying but wtf that doesn't look good. I also think the Heretics roster could look insane. And gj for putting blaze in.

Vision Strikers should be replaced with DWG at the moment. Who knows. Vision Strikers could pop off with their new jett players but since they have to adapt to a new comp. Vision Strikers have not been shown to be good at adapting and I don't think they'll be able to qualify for the next masters but I think they can make an impact later.

Japan will probably just be CR and Absolute Jupiter. Unless Fennel or whatever team starts popping off. I find it hard to believe any team can touch those 2. CR already looked 15 times better than before at masters. Because their adaptations looked really good and if they bring that to Japan. They should destroy everyone and Absolute Jupiter does seem to have the best firepower in Japan and most teams in Japan are a skill diff so I don't think the change in meta will shift shit.

Hello fellow c9 fan. I agree with your opinions. Thank you for having braincells.

posted about 2 years ago

True but C9 legitimately look good.

It's probably because his value in pro play is just not as much as other sova's. I do think he's an integral part of 100t though. People who say he should be kicked off the team are simply wrong. But he just doesn't have as much skill as his brand built on him being a pro player shows him as. Like people follow him because they think he is one of the best pro players or at least that's what I think but that's just strange but i guess it makes a little sense because he's a csgo player so people recognize his name.

posted about 2 years ago

Really??? Ive seen more people just not know about xeta lmao. Xeta is a very good player and I don't think he's underrated. But I don't really think he's overrated. His stats are pretty good with the sova considering it's NA. Where most sovas just hide in their hole and bait the whole team to shoot their shock dart lineups and their recon darts.

posted about 2 years ago

I meannnn. ur not wrong but no one actually cares abt mixwell anymore bc he's been doing ehh for a while by this point.

posted about 2 years ago

Uhh. RB maybe? I've seen him be overrated a ton by people who don't even watch korean games. I think he's good though.

TenZ does do really well although he's still very overrated.

Wardell just isn't being favored by the meta so I do think he's overrated is a player in a team even though he's a funny dude.

Scream is most definitely overrated because even though he does carry the team. He just doesn't bring much unique value. Like his util usage is ok but not the best. With the new nerfs to util. He will become better but over time im guessing that util will keep being buffed as that's probably riot's plan to counter power creep by nerfing everything to make sure that util doesn't become to powerful over time. But I think that players will become better with util so Scream is gonna be less valuable and people think he's the god of eu when he really isn't. There are many players which are pretty close to his level in eu and bring even more value.

Also even though im a c9 simp. I think Leaf is overrated af. And the other players on the team don't get enough love. Like wtf how does no one care about mitch and think he's getting carried. Leaf is a really strong player but he isn't as good as c9 worship him as.

Shahzam is a good igl. I won't lie. But his style of counterstratting. Requires his team to be simply better than the other team. If they aren't. Then you could run into some problems. I do think he's still slightly underrated overall. But the people that think he's the best igl. Are probably wrong. Because Shahzam's true value is his versatility. He can do so many different things. He can frag and he can play multiple roles. I do think he's still probably top 10 players in the world but he's not as good at certain roles as people think.

posted about 2 years ago

G2 should not be there. That's all I'll say. The results will show themselves.

posted about 2 years ago

The problem is that they don't have a decent igl and both of their duelists can't entry. They have some of the top talents in the world but they do need a better igl than hazed or subroza or whatever they have right now. I do like that they're getting bang though and I hope to god that they put bang on entry and subroza on smokes. Because that'd fix half the problems. But the other problems is that either their igling is pretty shit or they're just dysfunctional af. I think hazed is a good sentinel player but i don't think he's helping the team enough with the other stuff.

Here are 4 hot takes from me. Heretics will qualify. FPX will qualify. C9 will qualify. And Blaze will qualify. Two of these teams have just been created but they sound good. And C9 and FPX I hope will qualify.

I can't even argue with your gigantic thicc brain.

posted about 2 years ago

I was like oh shit this is a good list and then i saw your name and i saw number 1. kekw. I think it's actually a decent list otherwise though. And good job for not putting Vision Strikers near the top because in their current state they look pretty bad. And they made a questionable roster move. I'd love to see people put DWG somewhere but yea i think this is a good list.

posted about 2 years ago

just don't awp with omen on atk. a ton of teams anyways don't have an awper on atk after the nerfs on awp but who knows. maybe the awp has other buffs which make it more viable on atk and to peak with.

posted about 2 years ago

Reyna awp with ult works if you're defending. And hey if you're awping. You're probably not attacking. It just provides the ability to shoot multiple times when they are entering site. Not the most optimal but if the rest of ur util costs less than jetts. Then you have more money to buy awp.

posted about 2 years ago

Or just have andbox which is 3 letter lmaoo.

posted about 2 years ago

lmao gtn best player. jk. Also I think Yacine is the best player on guild though. I'm too lazy to look at the rest of the list though. Your APAC list is pretty decent though considering this platform is very NA centric. There are a few ones that are not quite correct but I have no idea how Reject or Fennel play so your list is probably better than mine. I don't know much about the LATAM/BR scene to know who's the best player on each team there. Also I respect the T1 flair but please respect c9. Like big sadge that people don't realize that c9 only barely missed qualification for masters. Leaf is def the best in c9 though.

posted about 2 years ago

I agree with saadhak but I don't agree with the other 2. Nitr0's omen is one of the best but being a good astra is an essential skill now as a smokes player. There are some maps where astra is a literal must pick and akhukhos is looking ehh rn.

Like sinatraa is probably in the wrong in legal terms. But don't do this shit to either of them. Like wtf is with giving death threats to cleo and saying this stuff that is not very good, like rapist apologist is too far. Just don't be an absolute dipshit to either of them. Just because they probably are wrong. It doesn't give you the right to just be a dipshit to them. Like please stay civil. Don't try to talk shit abt cleo or sinatraa for now because you shouldn't. It shouldn't quite be our case to jump in and just try to ruin their lives even further. Just because sinatraa might be a rapist. It doesn't mean that you have to go to his stream and call him a rapist apologist. Like treat people like people. Even if they did horrible shit. They're still a person. The internet is not a mask to hide behind.

posted about 2 years ago

I don't think it'd work. Also C9 look very good rn so even if it does work. I'm not sure if they'd be able to beat c9.

posted about 2 years ago

Probably someone in the new G2, Heretics, or Acend roster. Those are gonna be super teams but in G2 he could definitely replace mixwell and idk abt the other 2 but they're revamping the roster so it'd be easier to fit him in. I don't think he'd dominate insanely hard but he'll still prob have a spot at masters.

posted about 2 years ago

OH YEA SECRET. I FORGOT ABT THAT DUDE. rb kinda overrated tho. and spyder is looking ehh.

posted about 2 years ago

Lakia seems good and Munchkin seems good. Those are probably the best sova + sentinel players from Korea. Maybe xeta is better but who knows. I honestly wouldn't put rb on this list because he's just been looking ehh recently. I would personally prefer like buzz or bazzi or even like texture. Now for the smokes player. I would get like moothie as viper player if viper is still meta maybe idk. But I would prob get zunba from f4q because his astra actually seems really good. And I'm guessing that you put spyder as secondary duelist because his omen honestly looks kinda shiot. And I would say he's actually good enough to be there. I would prefer suggest though. Maybe if you want to have double initiator though you could add xeta in on breach and skye because his breach and skye look very good right now. And munchkin's raze still looks pretty good so I think that'd be fine so my list would be:

Zunba(F4Q): Astra
Munchkin(CR previously C9K): Cypher and Raze
BuZz(VS previously C9K and Rio): Jett
Lakia(NU): Sova
Suggest(NU) or Xeta(C9B): Raze and Skye | Sova, Skye, and Breach

TenZ created that roster.... C9 literally dropped everyone after he was benched because it was kinda shit so they added actually good firepower(the players were good but it's like 4 support players) and now the c9 roster look good.

posted about 2 years ago

BR kinda just failed at adapting to the meta. At least there are some roster changes too so hopefully we see a different brazil at master berlin. Because I think they can do much better than this performance if they get their shit together.

posted about 2 years ago

Ehh, Idk it feels like he is too cocky at times. He sometimes sounds like he knows everything when he really doesn't. Also I don't like his playstyle. It feels like he's just a win more card which just doesn't help his team enough.

posted about 2 years ago

This is not a wild idea. And I think this is what should to happen. C9 look good already and if they make roster moves. They could just fuck some stuff up so I just hope they give him time to grow because xeppaa is still pretty new to valorant.

posted about 2 years ago

5head roster move

posted about 2 years ago

Also Riot wants to nurture the Japanese pro scene. Same with SEA. Japanese has quite a large fanbase for valorant which is really strange considering that Japan don't usually like fpses and they don't like pc games much either. The only fpses that are big in Japan are like Splatoon and Apex lmao. I think Riot are just rewarding places who show great interest in the game. :)

posted about 2 years ago

EMEA includes CIS. It also includes Turkey. Turkey has a bigger scene than CIS so I don't understand why you would give 2 spots to CIS rather than 1 and 1 for turkey and CIS.

posted about 2 years ago

Yaaaaas another C9 fan. They seem to have a ton of potential and I like how they play. I just put my tag on Fnatic bc boaster is a wholesome dude. There's a ton of teams that are being created in EU and there's a ton of teams in NA that have huge talent which just aren't there yet. I think we should just wait and see what happens. (Also I watch Japanese Valorant and I want to see how they improve as well)

By new teams I mean like Blaze(Kinda Turkish superteam), New Heretics Roster(Lowel got rid of everyone in heretics which probably means he's gonna make a new team), New G2 Roster(They are getting rid of 3 players and keeping mixwell and pyth i think, They are trying to acquire koldamenta and other superstar players). And what I mean by NA teams that haven't bloomed I mean like C9(ofc), ABX(these players are strong), T1(they are very adaptable and changed to the meta very well).

posted about 2 years ago

In challengers finals. They lost the first map 11-13 on haven and stomped sentinels 13-1 on split but then proceeded to lose the last map. Maybe they're much worse than Sentinels right now. But it all depends on how much they improved. I just want to know everyone's opinions on how well they think this team will do. I'm still keeping an eye on the new heretics, G2, and blaze roster in europe as well but I think C9 is a wildcard that will exceed expectations.

posted about 2 years ago

I wonder what they'll do with Xeppaa. It'll be interesting to see a 6 man roster but I don't think it'd work. And Mitch has been doing well so I'm not sure if they'd want to get rid of him.

posted about 2 years ago

C9 have potential to be a top tier roster and they barely missed reykjavik with 2 2-1 losses against v1 and sen. They have extremely good firepower and extremely good teamwork. I just want to know what the community's thoughts on this roster before challengers 3 starts.

posted about 2 years ago

I think X10 would be gold 2. they play like the average gold 2 by using no util to engage but for some reason they have a cracked jett on the enemy team.

posted about 2 years ago

They're doing the same thing with middle east. I don't think it's the best idea but hopefully they integrate them into the normal VCT next year but I think they just couldn't add India and Middle east in the middle of the year because then it would ruin the current system because it's a point system so they'd have to do something special for India. I hope that this is just a procedure because they were late and couldn't integrate them early enough. I think India can make it through the LCQ if they persevere though. Hopefully riot makes the right choice next year.

I can't wait for the new Heretics and G2 rosters. They're gonna be completely reworked and they'll have on goal until Masters Berlin. And the teams to beat will be fnatic and liquid. I want to see how every team will try to improve from watching iceland or playing in iceland. Europe after masters reykjavik will be different. I'm not sure whether fpx or any of these teams will still be top tier by the time the next masters rolls around but, I want to see C9B in masters. I'm a C9B simp. Idk I just like their personalities and how they play. Hopefully they practiced and got better during the break and can finally be a top tier roster(even though they already are, i want to see them at berlin).

posted about 2 years ago

Oh yea one important thing. This game that they played was at midnight. Both teams looked tired af from how they played. Shahzam and TenZ looked fine somehow, they were prob just high off that caffeine or something. I think both teams were trying their best but they just couldn't do as well as they wanted to because of how worn out they were. I'm hoping for a rematch tomorrow where both teams are at their best so we can watch a fun match. I don't really care who wins or loses because it's gonna be a fun match either way. Masters Berlin will have more slots and probably have better teams. But I just want to see what the best team from Eu and Na in a bo5 look like. It'll just be a remarkable match either way.

posted about 2 years ago

Still much smaller than like most other regions lmao. I think Japan should be supported just because how big the Valorant scene is compared to the size of the country. NA has like 400 million people in the country in total and like Europe has like 700 million and including turkey and CIS it becomes like 900 million. 125 million is not small but it still is just smaller. The japanese pro scene will grow though even though it's already pretty large considering how unpopular pc games and fpses are in japan.

posted about 2 years ago

Ehhhhh. VS will not be the same VS that had the 100 game win streak. They added like 2 jett mains in replace of their Omen player. I'm not sure whether they'll run 6 man (I wouldn't be surprised bc it's korea) or if they'll just have one player be developmental (like c9b). I don't think VS will be the team that is known for those flashy immediate plays. I hope they can get to the next LAN. But other teams are on the rise like Damwon and F4Q and Nuturn. I was gonna say Rio company but the players that were added to VS were from Rio Company. F4Q probably has the best astra in korea at the moment. Damwon just look overall really strong and pretty adaptable. And Nuturn are Nuturn. You saw how well they did at the LAN. I love vision strikers but I find unlikely that Vision strikers will be able to get to Masters Reykjavik and I'm not sure if they can even keep their identity as a team.

posted about 2 years ago

Bro. Chill on Japan. Like the reason why Riot Games is supporting Japan so much. Is because it's really strange that Japan supports a PC fps so much. Like Valorant is pretty popular in Japan. The only other fpses popular in Japan are Splatoon and Apex Legends. I feel like Japan shown a decent performance at masters considering how little experience they have in competetive fpses. I like this model for slots in competitive slots from Riot. It's practically "If you like our game, we will support you". I don't know why they didn't give Turkey and CIS it's own masters slots tho :(. Also BR looked really bad because BR was really bad at adapting to the meta so like gamelanders and some of the best players in the region, just kinda failed. I think Team Vikings can nurture the region which will make the region much better so BR should be a much different beast than you saw in Masters Reykjavik So I think BR does deserve 3 spots. Also NO WAY U SAY SEA DESERVES ONLY ONE SPOT. SEA look really good. They have some of the best aim(patiphan), they have the person who created the walkout meta at Reykjavik(patiphan), they showed the power of contact plays(fnatic used some and other teams as well used more), and they just look overall pretty good. Oh yea JP do deserve only 1 but saying that they're ass and that's the reason they only deserve one. Is just not good for the game in the long run.
