He confirmed on an interview that he had offers from tier 1 teams, and offers from NA and EMEA too. Also he said he preferred going to EMEA and that he didn't have any problem with joining an english speaking team, but I still think his main options are the 3 Spanish teams, especially if some of them want a full spanish speaking roster.
