The joint company "Moist x Shopify" is its own Valorant org, its shareholders being Moist eSports and Shopify Rebellion.
When they win Ascension, it would be "Moist x Shopify" that ascend, and its management is who Riot will sign the contract with.
If this new combined roster retains the MxM/BU core, shouldn't they inherit MxM/BU's match history rather than a brand-new one with just the small tourneys they've been playing this off-season?
