Bring clouted org in T2 by giving them certitude they will stay forever might bring people in T2

Org that accept to invest in T2 should be partnered and safe from relegation.
In that scenario, maybe every T2 should go to 16 team like in APAC.
This offer stand only for the first 6 or 8 structure that accept this offer.

We don't have threshold in Val sadfully, but we can transpose the percent in each categories, if we transpose that repartition to Val we have :

• Low ELO : Iron/Bronze/Argent/LowGold (Bottom 43% if you take silver only and 64% if you take gold its bottom 64%)
• Mid ELO : highGold/Platine/Diam/Asc
• High ELO : Immo/Rad (top 2%)

One idea more : Maybe a group winner should be allowed to exchange their place with another group winner if both agree to.

The draw is amazing, if GEN wouldn't have choke every game would have been region vs region, and those kind of draw favor the team that did will regionally but less good internationally, and every team that end first group ended lower than the team they're facing regionally, wish probably mean every winner of group got the worst draw possible.
