Exactly, how they can go to Tier 1 if they are a big skill gap on their server ? Never, the gap will continue to increase, if we dont put mid Indian player in T1.

The best way is to increase India's level, is to pick 5 Indian player, put them in tier 1 team, so they can play on Korean server, improve, have experience of T1, they will be bad in the first year, (maybe a little bit less if they arrive really early to grind soloQ) but in the long term they will surely progress, and when they are dropped out of the team, their experience will help to grow Indian scene.

If we don't do this ? What is gonna happen ? Indian player will continue to play against Indian player, never improve, while Korean player will continue progressing and the gap will continue to be bigger and biggers.

Thats exactly because Inidian player doesnt have the level in tier 1 that WE HAVE TO put the best 5 of them in Tier 1 other way, the scene will never improve. Think long term, stop thinking short term

5 Indian player where as same level than the 3rd and 4th best Korean team in 2021, the gap is increasing because Korean player have more time in tier 1 and Indian player have no time in tier 1. India will never progress if they have no time in tier 1. You need to think about long term, not short term. The gap will continue to increase if Indian player have no time in tier 1

No doubt, if we reduce number of partner in APAC to 6 team, we will need to split, if not, some region will not be represented wish is a problem :/

• Deadlock is trash above Bronze
• EXL should be a partner team instead of LEV or Furia
• Postplant meta was OP since beta, proplayer just put too many time to figure out e because they are here for the aim, not to play as pussy (And you dont grind playing like that)
• Doble smoker will be meta on almost everymap, the day proplayer will understand how to midround
• Reducing the game from 24 round to 16 would be good
• Asia and Pacific are bound to split (especially if the number of partner team is reduce)
• Tier 2 should be restructured to synchronise with scrimming pool, Tier 3 should be created corresponding to language and scriumpool but being only amatory league, and we should have Tier 4 with national league like in Polaris (Denmark, GB etc...)

If the only problem is IGL then you can pick 4 LAN player and any consistent LAS (or even BR) IGL. But yeah, i'ts really goos they pick experience from the other region to improve (Because as I tend to think, if you dont have T1 team, your regioon will slack)

If i'm Lev, I would buy a LAN roster, it would be the only way to save their ass for 2027, by picking the only market / scrimpool that isnt represented (LAN), plus they are really talented player in LAN, it's now or never since EXL may take their place

I also thoug about that but that would be a mess when new player arrive and old player come, and also it may give advantage to weaker region if we put every young player on an equal foot, also, if you hire a young player because they think he might be better than the old one, it would be weird to reduce 20% and not upgrading.
