Apparently even some of the points frosts was criticised for before have been addressed in the recent podcasts.

1. XLG game : Frost DID NOT want to leave Lotus in the veto and thought it was incredibly dumb and certain PEOPLE pushed for it and hence they went with it.

2. Most of the "OVERCOOK" comps were just the players and other coaches wanting to run certain things and after seeing the vision behind it , frost would give the green signal.

3. According to Frost, Patmen lacked accountability vs XLG while dry fighting Happywei in mid Breeze 6 times in a row which irks him a lot. The fault here is obviously with Patmen if Hector tried to correct him or was harsh with him giving him the reality check that it was indeed him that sank the ship vs XLG. As a player he should be able to accept that.

Further Frost hinted that certain people not involved with this directly pushed for his removal (almost certainly Platoon based on how he was addressing Vlad and Balax in the podcast but not him) which is quite weird as a direct conversation/discussion would have been more mature as Frost has given credits to Platoon before for his Pearl. It was heavily hinted that LOTUS was pushed into the veto vs Xlg by PLATOON who seems to be the root of this current issue and not Frost.

From the management POV, it is valid that they replaced Frost as you want to satiate the players in your team but what is not justified is that management decided to go for PLATOON HC instead of looking for a better frost replacement. This has been a massive mis play from GE management to back a youtuber who struggled last year and doesn't help with the org having a bad history with coaches in its past.
