I think its too early to say that they simply do not care about Valorant. They qualified for the franchise league because they were able to prove their goals to Riot among so many organizations. There's quite a bit of time left for the roster lock. They might simply be taking their time in choosing their players. I am no RRQ fan, infact i didn't even know them before they got franchised xD But the hate they seem to be getting for not doing anything (atleast what we can see) seems unreasonable.
