the second option for the sprint thing is how it was pre-buff, I'd suggest maybe leaving it a bit better than before so it's still a net buff
or the first option will actually make people/teams resourceful with how they use charge, similar to the nerf they gave jett a few patches back

I think the accuracy window being smaller should be the most obvious change, 4-5 fully accurate bullets whilst sliding with a rifle is too much
the stun I'm just nit-picking tbh

what I would do

make it either so:
neon sprint duration is increased a bit, but it doesn't recharge (could even keep the duration the same tbh)
sprint duration decreased, and recharge time increased

sliding accuracy window much smaller, and it doesnt work with shotguns
make it so the stun doesn't have 2 stun things, just one

maybe that's too far in the nerf direction idk

I've played tall, imo it's aight, you defo get a lot of ducats from doing it esp. in europe, you're kinda forced to play it in MP most of the time

it's subjective but eu4 is more fun for me when I can turn my brain off and go full 'hehe u r my colour now'. To challenge my self and keep the game fresh and to stop if from being too easy I try and play for achievements which leads you to play nations which I'd never think of playing otherwise, and sometimes it's some obscure OPM in the middle of great powers so that's a fun challenge

idk whos fumble it was (either riot or the orgs) but only 11 VCT buddies (out of 44 before subtracting white logos) have colour
I think tyloo is one of the few that does have colour, but i know pretty much nothing ab the team

I just checked and the only VCT buddies with colour are: BBL, DRX, FNC, FPX, JDG, LEV, LOUD, GM8, NAVI, RRQ, TYL and VIT
all of the others are white for some reason

this is true, so what they should do is slow the jett dash down to be like half the speed of the reyna dismiss
but now the dash turns her invisible

instead of nerfing neon they should:
make it so jett can insta dash again, two charges, also make it so she can shoot with 100% accuracy mid dash
give reyna 4 orbs again and make it so she can shoot whilst dismissing (fully accurate)
give raze her old satchels and make it 3 charges, also she's fully accurate mid air
give phoenix 4 flashes 2 walls and 3 mollies, and make it so he gets the soldier 76 ult in his own ult

this is pretty much speculation but:
I think Riot have a limited budget to spend on non tier 1 val (despite tencent being rich af), so I think the money in GC is syphoning riot investment in tier 2.
I think it's the case for orgs too, idk how it's going to play out but I can see there being more teams which decide to have a GC team over an academy team. Also I don't see tier 2 in its current state surviving 5 years, too many orgs are leaving, a complete overhaul is needed imo and whenever that (hopefully) happens, it'd also be a great way to intertwine the new system with GC

the real conversation we should be having is how to move to a system where GC is obsolete, where women and marginalised genders can have no issue in playing in regular tier 3 / tier 2
