Yeah in hindsight Riot really messed up the partnership structure for EMEA (when looking at it from a regional standpoint)

No German orgs (In a league based in Germany), CIS as a region is abandoned and MENA doesn't have a spot in EMEA (might as well call it EU + Turkey)

I agree with JQT > Meteor if you're looking at him as a player (IGL, fragger) but if you look at it only from an agent util/impact standpoint I think JQT is like a 7/10 and Meteor is a 9/10
