In my opinion they should fix it like this:

Zombs
Pancada
SicK
dapr
(You can do -Pancada for cracked T1 free agent players if you want but I think Shahzam can play jett for the team as well)

Shahzam--->Entry/Duelist
Zombs--->Sentinel
SicK--->Controller or Sage maybe
Pancada-->Flex
Dapr---> Initiator

You can maybe do -SicK for some cracked T1 or T2 free agent flex player

EDIT: maybe you can swap roles with Shahzam and Pancada so Shahzam can IGL better.
