The problem is Magnum is the IGL, so...

At least now a t1 team can sign chiwa, right???

posted 2 days ago

I personally think FS is the strongest, but as you said yourself this year there is not a clear favorite and every team has a chance

posted 2 days ago

90% chance EDG remains the best team in CN

50% chance a "superteam" will flop hard (like this year's NRG)

10% chance a team wins back to back majors

It was NRG vs akrew

MOUZ Xuss 88 kills !?

Is this the most in a Bo3?

posted 2 weeks ago

grubinho was one of the best controllers in EMEA stage 2, if KOI don't keep him in their roster idk what to say

posted 2 weeks ago

Is it confirmed or just speculation?

posted 3 weeks ago

Not yet, but if he keeps up this monstrous performance he will probably become

posted 3 weeks ago

No, he is the KangKang of Valorant

posted 3 weeks ago

And now with EDG winning Champs Valorant is gonna become EVEN MORE POPULAR in China...

posted 3 weeks ago

Boostio probably sitting in a corner and regretting what he said about CN last year...

posted 3 weeks ago

Yeah, and Kangkang just proved them all wrong 😂

posted 3 weeks ago

No, FNC Derke still has the most first bloods with 28 FK vs LOUD at lock//in and SEN zekken is 2nd with 27 vs GENG at Masters Madrid GFs

posted 3 weeks ago

With EDG's 3-2 win against TH at Champions Seoul 2024, EDG ZmjjKK broke the following records:

  • Most kills in an international Bo5: 111 (previous record was 101 by SEN Zekken)
  • Most kills in a t1 match since the start of franchising: 111 (previous record was 105 by GEN t3xture)
  • Best kill differential in an international match: +39 (previous one was +33)
  • Highest ACS in an international grand final: 309 (previous record holder was SEN TenZ with 289 all the way back at the legendary first Masters Reykjavik GF)

Anything else I forgot?

posted 3 weeks ago

... That all 3 international Grand Finals have gone all the way to map 5!

How lucky are we?

posted 3 weeks ago

"since the start of franchising".....

posted 3 weeks ago

For an international Bo5 it's 101 and for a regional is 105 since the start of franchising

posted 3 weeks ago

Ngl watching him play reminds me so much of 2021 GMB nAts with his lurks and incredible timings

posted 3 weeks ago

PRX vs FPX has to be for sure top 3, change my mind

Blud lives under a rock

posted 3 weeks ago

Yeah, in Tokyo it was basically Kangkang vs the world

posted 3 weeks ago

If he wins Champs is he in the conversation for best rookie of the year alongside Karon?

Even though he joined EDG only in Split 2 he has already won VCT CN and is a Champions grand finalist...

posted 3 weeks ago

Plus he diffed aspas (+1)

At least top 3 placement at Champs

posted 1 month ago

Since Champs 2022 opening matches have always been group A vs group B & group C vs group D

Coincidence? I don't think so... /s

GEN vs TH: 97/100
FNC vs DRX: 71/100
LEV vs TE: 85/100
G2 vs EDG: 93/100

posted 1 month ago

Ngl this reminds me of last year's Champs Grand Finals when PRX changed their Bind comp despite having won with their previous one against EG, and what was the result?
They got destroyed 5-13 because of that Yoru-Breach monstrosity... Smh moment fr

posted 1 month ago

Fr, why tf did they change their Lotus comp? They pushed Heretics to double OT with their previous normal comp and they changed it to this horrendous no duelist stupidity?!?

posted 1 month ago

Or maybe just SEN regained their form???

Probably wrong selection of words, I could have stated it much better

See #39

posted 1 month ago

Honestly that's a take I agree with, I also stated it above (see #8)

posted 1 month ago

I agree with your take

What I'm trying to say, though, is that the gap between the west (emea & Americas) and the east (pacific & China) has closed a lot in favor of the last.

Btw probably I shouldn't have said "dominate" in the op, since a lot of you guys misunderstood my main point (which is that the Asian teams are not underdogs anymore but equal to the western ones and in the future possibly even better)

posted 1 month ago

First of all I'm talking about Champs, since only lately have the other Asian teams aside from GENG found a good form:

DRX 2-0 EMEA's 1st seed (I'm a fnatic fan btw)
FPX almost won vs Heretics who are possibly top 3 itw
Trace demolished America's 1st seed LEV
EDG incredibly close match vs G2 (another favorite to win the entire tourney)

And you are telling me it's just GENG who are good???
You cannot deny that the other east asian teams haven't stepped up lately...

posted 1 month ago

DRX?
Trace???

posted 1 month ago

I personally have them making the top 4

It's Champs 22 all over again!

posted 1 month ago

EDG already won against FUT quite comfortably I can say + if PRX play like they did vs G2 it's gonna be a quick win for EDG

posted 1 month ago

Much much better

Ngl, only nobody is not hitting his shots rn
