I think deadlock is a great secondary senti if double senti is run simply for how strong it is in post plants like we saw yesterday.

I said this in a threat earlier but the gap of a month ish between the events then playing on stage in a big match is nuts. It should not be you win your region wait a month, a new map and new meta happens then 2 games and you could be out. It makes no sense and doesn't reflect the work.
What should happen is seeded so 1 vs 3 from different regions, bo3 group stage and similar to CS majors in the RMR. Win 3 matches you're into the playoffs lose 3 you're out.
more matches, less delay of a month between them and more matchups I think its so stupid how it happens. Granted I still think they need to come ready to play but teams like SEN and GenG are ready to go and have momentum.
forgot it was bo1. i would go bo3 and let it go longer. more matches the players and fans want and less waiting between events. i think its worth a test. these tech pauses could be brutal with it though
forgot it was a bo1. make it a bo3 and do 3 matches a day or something. the bo1 sucks. bo3 3 wins to get in 3 to get out.
Is it time to make a bigger group stage similar to CS majors where you win 3 you get into playoffs instead of first seeds get an auto in? In every masters the teams playing groups are warmed up, there's a new meta almost all the time so teams are different with comps and styles.
I also think it gives more of a chance for teams. I hate the idea of winning or qualifying then waiting a month to play potentially 2 games.
