I guess it's some sort of performance based power ranking with a lot of preference to teams who have been doing it for a longer time? Like 100t last year and the first challengers were better than tsm so it carries over in some way. I assume tsm is going to surpass them soon anyways if thats the case
If the round difference is the same it goes to the record against the said team
