valorant is pretty much japan national fps soon. Its the equivalent of korea and league. Zeta big push towards top 4 actually got a lot of media coverage too. Also if you think about it valorant is pretty much an anime tactical fps. They also love playing apex as well , but valorant 5v5 format lends itself to being more competitive than a BR to watch.
