Love valorant but they fr just need to copy csgo format this is not moba
Its fps
i dunno how to say this to you, this format is similar to the dota dpc and a lot of ppl dont like the dota dpc format taht much either lol, its just not a great format
im sure they will do that in the future. i mean the game is still pretty new,
I too am hoping once the league partnerships start in 2023, many more slots for the big events will be expand to include promoted teams along with partnered teams. These mid-size lans are making it hard for the fans to gauge the real strength of the international scene and a team's place in it.
CSGO is the best e-sport, Valorant needs to improve a lot if they want to be a top e-sport
''best tactical FPS Esport''. there are MOBAs, BRs, etc, not everyone enjoy tactical FPS
actually true but i will wait until 2023 format and also the "third party" tourney after champs.
"But now im tired of watching 2 teams from na only 3 from emea 1 from other regions." As opposed to CS where theres only EU teams and a BR team makes it far once every 10 tournaments
yes definitely asians and americans simply arent as skilled at video games as europeans!!!!! its definitely not because of Valves low investment and mismanagement of those regions!!!
so whats the reason for the teams who go bootcamp in eu for months, scrim against eu teams and play in every eu tier 2 tournament but they still don't improve, teams from other regions in cs literally practice and play in eu tournaments more than in valorant and get a lot more experience against them,is riot "mismanaging" eu and NA scenes in LoL because korea and china are better?
hmm lets think will making people spend months away from home and their friends and family for the sole reason of scrimming against better competition cause any underlying issues causing them to not improve? no that would make too much sense. its definitely something in the pure european blood that makes them better at video games
yeah i appreciate your take but you still kinda didnt answer that last question,is eu and NA just as good at lol as china or korea but they just cant get to their level because of mismanagement by riot, theres 2 very simple answers, yes or no?
man why are you not responding the simple answer should be yes for you
yes, riot mismanaged NA and to an extent EU.
is your argument genuinely that Europeans are genetically better at CS? Honest question what do you think the reason is
how did they mismanage them, never heard anyone complain about that in the LoL scene atleast for eu
Nothing to do with mismanagement . Its just CS/CSGO not popular enough in Asian to produce best players. In China Crossfire far more popular , in Korea Sudden Attack or someshit far more popular, in SEA, Crossfire far more popular and then Battle Royales. CSGO never been big thing in Asia. same apply with NA, CS was mediocre at its peak, was way behind lets say CoD and consoles for shooter games. And ''CS skill ceiling so high'' literally most overused/overrated point I ever heard, seems like only from people only play CS in all 20 years. Asian are good at Moba (which need much more macro/micro skills than CS)
USA literally used to have the 2nd biggest player base for cs by country lol, but ofc popularity plays a big part but some regions just succeed more than others in different games idk why but that's how it is,china and kr are easily better than all the other regions even tho league is popular in pretty much every continent, but china and eu are pretty much equal in dota and sea also has produced top teams, and NA usually has big playerbase and community but it dies overtime if they are not dominating like in cs,dota, lol etc,for exapmle how do you explain turkey in valorant or cs with any logic on paper they have a huge playerbase and they are so good mechanically but turkish teams just never work even tho they scrim with eu teams all the time etc
bad eagles run in major lol
cph was always garbage again but major comes around u see players are motivated asf again
I feel like valorant masters actually interesting now like other regions are actually competitive and putting up good games. Last masters was by far the best. The only thing is valorant need actual lans with crowd and have better format/expand how the teams play imo. They're trying too hard to copy league. For me csgo is only exciting when its the top 8 with a crowd and the top teams playing. Valorant still haven't had a crowd this long into the esports is really bad, but I guess riot being super careful about covid.
its all because of covid that they cant have that many slots or crowds but its all changing soon ! there's a partial crowd next masters and an actual crowd in champions
more slots will get added you just gotta wait
I would say take a break. You dont have to watch every single Valorant match that goes on otherwise you'll burn yourself out. Even today I really only watched FNC vs FPX
I am hoping they do that next year. The format is changing as announced. But If the slots dont get increased next year, I will be definitely one of the many who will completely lose interest
