because those that attended masters last time lost to those that did not i think? They probably want to make it so winning a master is like a guaranteed slot into champion.
but this should not mean that other team that doesnt qualified should get some fighting chance for the master circuit point imo
last year we have 3 masters and this year 2 .the first masters was in regional masters (ema , na etc) and this event give points, this year only masters give points
