Is it just me or does having an exclusive Pro 10 mans/VEL server seem counter intuitive for pros not playing ranked. I feel like it just makes it harder for the ranked -> pro pipeline to exist. It just gatekeeps up and coming ranked grinders from getting even better by playing against pros.

Don’t agree, usually these servers allow top ranked players in. If you ever played CS, it’s like ESEA/FACEIT’s rank A/lvl 10 to rank G or S/FPL-C or FPL pipeline
Ohh word I didn't know that. I thought it was like an invite only pros type of thing. I wish Riot would just listen to pros complaints and make ranked better so everyone could just play in game.
they allow players who reach crazy rr in, probably helps the pipeline since you can get xp with pros and get to know some of them better
