2 things
Assuming the roles for everyone else are
Zekken - Primary duelist
Trent - Scan initiator
Valyn - Smokes
Leaf - Sentinel/Viper
What is Alfa playing? Double duelist maps he'll be fine, but what about double controller/initiator maps?
I know he has played Tejo but not only is he gonna be wasted potential, that's the only initiator he has played.
As for double controller maps, I guess you have to hope one of them is more comfortable in Viper and the other in Senti, otherwise there'll be a small issue.

My fix for G2 personally:

Primary duelist - G2 Jawg (He's fine, no need to change)
Sentinel - G2 Babybay (Same as last point)
Smokes - G2 Alfajer (Your suggestion is pretty good)
Flex/IGL - G2 Xavi8k (Consistency)
Initiator - G2 Riens (Direct upgrade)

And G2 Autumn (Self explanatory)
