There should be some sort of rule that prevents teams from changing their roster whenever they want and drop whoever they want. I dont understand how Furia win a few matches and decide they are a big org and drop 2 players for not performing in playoffs. Like what? Is there gonna be some rule to protect players' jobs? I know in EMEA orgs are forced to pay 50% of the players salary for 6 months or something like that but in NA and Pacific they can drop the players whenever they want. Korean teams always play musical chairs with their roster, SEA teams are no different to NA teams in terms of frequency of roster changes

they earned their spot in the league just for every single player to be ineligible or removed by management within half a year, just for a collection of recycled bums to take their place and steal a wage
