Indian cuisine is #1 for me. Top 3 is otherwise same for me as well. I haven't tried south East asian cuisine but I will try vietnamese and thai for sure in near future.
My favorite dish is tandoori chicken or butter chicken.

middleastern and indian on top for me coz the flavors explodes in your mouth iz goodddd. I wanna give my country the number one spot. buttttttttt nope it doesnt hit me liike the other cuisines. but I wanna try other cuisines AS LONG As the people who make it REALLY knows how to make it. coz in the philippines the people make food from other countries and I thought it would be the same but nope it lacks a little to be the same.

There isn’t a single, specific “Indian cuisine.” It’s more accurate to say “Indian cuisines” because each state has their own cooking style, ingredients and flavour. not every one in india eat naan and butter chicken.
If you’re coming to Shanghai this year, I’d actually recommend trying Chinese KFC or McDonald’s，it’ll be a different experience.
