Why don't they make it like CS?

3 timeouts - 30 seconds each
iirc the current timeout system is 2 timeouts - 1 minute each

Why make 3 timeouts in which u barely have any time? Instead of 2 in which actual impactful changes can be made more cuz less time constraint?
And also
Ur playing val not CS, why do you want it to be the same game?
