Thoughts on the balance changes

Imo I think the Bucky nerf is a little severe, but the Shorty and Judge nerf are valid. Neon tho, damn another one found shot in the back of the skull by Riot. I don't get why they just didn't implement changes to stamina consumption around jumping to limit its usage. So you could still do the BS bunny hops but doing so would require more thought (sort of like the Yoru changes) instead of just spamming it out. Making jumps be actual skill expression and resource management.

I think the bucky one is valid and that they should've been nerfed harder

I still don't think neon should've gotten nerfed at all tbh I don't get why they're pushing the other stuff back
It fucks everyone's practice up to just do this on its own
