I don't think there would be a group of death in Playins.
Anyone can qualify from here imo. Probably even India #2
it's possible for a group of death, if a few strong teams went 3rd place and got into play ins(example: ONIC G)
a group of death is definitely possible — imagine aph, onic, and full sense in one group
so with the information we have,
Group stage teams - TH1 TH2 PH1 PH2 ID1 ID2 MS1 MS2 VN1 VN2 OCE [HT1 or SA1?]
Play-in - TH3 PH3 ID3 MS3 VN3 [HT1, HT2, SA2 or HT2, SA1, SA2]
It'll be between HT and SA in who gets more Groups seeds then?
