You hate yourself and the life you live so instead of sitting in that feeling you constantly project those feelings to the world and things around you. I know you haven’t made a single notable achievement in your life so you cannot begin to understand what it is like at the highest level of anything. Usually if you have no understanding of something the best way to proceed is to keep quiet.

I'm assuming P0PPIN was the IGL & Inspire was probably helping him with calling, P0PPIN probably didn't want to IGL anymore, so they got Rossy. Rossy & Inspire might've had different idea's/styles on how they wanted the team to play. Since Rossy had the resume and he was their best player, they probably just thought they'd rather him over Inspire (especially in the current meta where sentis werent that good & Rossy could just take over Inspires roles.) P0PPIN in his Eggster era rn. Teams have adjusted to their style and they just look ass.
