It's very very unlikely but there is a world we could come #4 seed. If M8 win a single map here, that cannot happen. So tell me why they are completely rolling over for TH? Do they hate us? Or do they hate NAVI?

yea after seeing this, I've realised we are just going to end up beating M8 and be #2 seed anyways
why are you so doom & gloom about this?
while I may be wrong here with my calculations, assuming TH win both this game and FUT 2-1 they will be 7/7 in maps and if TL lose 0-2 to M8 they will be 6/5 and would be higher than TH based on map diff.
If TH win this 2-0 and then win against FUT 2-0, and assuming TL lose to m8 0-2, then TH would be 7/5 and 2nd seed based on map diff.
If TH win this 2-0 and then win 2-1 vs FUT and TL lose to M8 0-2, TH will be 7/6 and TL will be 6/5, then it would come down to the round diff, and if that doesn't settle it TL should be higher based on h2h.
However if TL win in any of these scenarios even 2-1 vs M8, they will be 8/4 and would have a better map diff against TH even if they win both of their games 2-0. Sure, maybe M8 lock in like crazy last week and TL have and off day and lose 0-2 and everything goes right for TH, but those (alongside other potential scenarios) are variables you cant really account for. So, unless I made a mistake in my calculations, I'd say TL have higher chances of coming in 2nd rather than not
I said it was very unlikely but having assurance is always nice. Btw the tie-breaker system cares about H2H map diff and H2H round differential before considering overall map diff.
When I was calculating this I found the way for TL to be #4 seed is if and only if TH beat M8 2-0 and win vs FUT (doesn't matter 2-0 or 2-1), M8 beat TL 2-0 so all teams are 2-2 in H2H map diff. Then TL would need to lose in H2H round differential. (Like I said unlikely) I am just slightly anxious because M8 did beat us cleanly at Santiago and we haven't looked as strong as in the past 2 games
I mean I prefer 3rd seed anyways I don’t want to face fnc I believe our chances in beating ef then fut are higher
