Termi is honestly like how vlr users overreact over everything except somehow worse with the theoretical fixes like I believe in Yong but he's played like 2 games in the academy team on this role (at least recent ones) and he's not even been that great in those games he clearly just needs more time
we can look past estrella given that flashback up and dipped on the team in the middle of stage 1 or something and termi needed somebody to fill his spot
the academy was still available, definitely more intersting than getting a T1 contract for asstrella
the better decision is calling up someone from the academy but given that flashback was literally playing in that same academy team termi probably couldn't risk being called out for intentionally excluding him or revealing that flashback got sent to the academy as punishment, that plus estrella did still have tier 1 experience. so it makes sense, sort of
